Seperti yang dilakukan setiap tahunnya, kembali AVG merilis versi terbaru aplikasi antivirus paling populer sedunia, yaitu antivirus gratis AVG Anti-virus 2012 Free Edition. Software keamanan / antivirus AVG menawarkan beberapa fitur seperti komponen anti-virus, anti-spyware, proteksi e-mail, link scanner, identity protection, keamanan saat surfing, searching, social networking, dll.
